Ongoing Costs

Our 5 page websites are a little more to host again, because of the cost of having a larger server storage space.

A custom website comes with t he same cost as a 5 page website initially. If you do scale to be very large this ongoing charge might increase as your website does.

If you would like to pay 12 months up front so you don't have to worry about the ongoing invoices, that is fine. However, once you are on a 12 months plan you can't break that at any time. If you want to pay for 12 months we pay our own  host for 12 months as well and that agreement has no recourse prior to the renewal date.

If you would like to change prior to the renewal back to monthly we will need 60 days notice.

We keep our hosting as affordable as we can so there is no extra discount for annual plans. We pay the same, so you do to.

1: 12 months up front

We invoice on the 1st of the month for the month prior. These invoices are due for payment by the 7th. We ask that these invoices are paid promptly on time. We are a small business too and having to chase overdue hosting is time we just don't want to spend.

So our 1st July invoice will be for June's services. This means that by the time you are invoiced you have already used the service. You know this bill is coming every month and unless you've made major changes to your website it will be the same every month.

We have found that our clients have the most success with setting up an ongoing transfer to us around the 2nd or 3rd of the month.

2: Monthly payment

We will issue an email reminder on the 7th for all outstanding invoices.

If we get to the 10th and the invoice is not paid, we will attempt to call or text you to remind you further.

Once we get to the 14th if there is still no payment your website will be turned off. This is a setting in our platform that we cannot work around. If we haven't marked an invoice as paid, the platform will not provide the service. At midnight on the 14th of that month your website will go offline.

Hosting Reminders

TEXT  OR IMAGE EDITS

$60/HR

You will be surprised at what we can accomplish in an hour. This does assume that the images you supply us do not require editing and the text is in a digital format.

Image Creation Or Manipulation

$90/hr

We can create images for you or edit your images to match your website layout. This  might be editing the image to be a certain ratio, adding in a generic image we've created with AI or something similar.

New Pages

$120/page

This fee is based around us creating a new page in your website that is based on other pages. You might want to add an extra team member page, or a page about a new service. This does not include creating the content. You send us all the text and images you want and we create the page.

New blank page

$40

We can create name and set the URL's (link) for a new page that we supply to you as completely blank. Then you simply go in and add your conent.

Extra training

$150

If you would like to have a particular team member do all the website edits, we can provide a custom training session for them to be comfortable. This will require probably around 2 hours as a commitment from them and we can usually do this within a week or so.

ONLINE STORES

$5000+

An online store will require quite an indepth discussion with you. Yes we do create them all the time, however like all websites they aren't a "create it and they will come" situation. You have to drive the traffic to your store. Get In Touch and we would be happy to chat.
