Frequently Asked Questions

Usually we can turn a new website around in a week. HOWEVER - this is a week after we receive your content. You need to supply us with text, images, perfered colours and more before we can even start so our time frame is based around us having all that info in a digital format.

50% deposit is required for a deposit to secure your time slot. The final 50% will need to be paid prior to your website going live. More info about payment terms can be viewed here. 

Sadly this does happen. You see a design on our website but when you get in touch it is already gone. We do try and remove the sold designs as soon as we can however sometimes there is a time lag between you seeing it and getting in touch.

We can design something similar if you have the name of the design you liked. That is quite easy to do and something we do quite regularly.

We are based on the Gold Coast but our developers work remotely from other parts of Australia. We don't usually have clients come to our office as we do everything virtually. 

We are happy to do a quick video call if you need to ensure we are real people! 

This can be more work that most clients realise. We usually chat about this before we book a time slot, but 14 days is our standard. 

If we have agreed on a time frame and you realise you can't stick to it, you will need to let us know asap to avoid a rebooking fee. 

Sometimes yes. Not to create our websites but for marketing info, to help us come up with social media post ideas and that kind of thing. 

Yes AI options are available for you to use once your website goes live but we do encourage you to be a little careful with it.
